Membership Application

Membership is $69/month for the whole household (up to 7 members), starting the 1st of the month after you apply, plus a one-time $29 enrollment fee at signup. Weight loss ($250/month per person) is an optional add-on for members only.

Family members (up to 6 more, 7 total per membership)

Each member needs a first name, last name, and date of birth. Members age 18 or older must also have their own email address and cell phone.

Application fee

$29 application fee at signup, plus 3% ($29.87 total today). Then $71.07/month ($69 + 3%) starting the 1st of the following month, until changed or cancelled. Payment is collected by Authorize.Net on its secure hosted payment page — your card or bank details never touch this site. After the application fee is paid, your card on file is billed monthly by subscription; each weight-loss member adds a separate $250/month subscription starting the same date.
